Paleo, Keto, Candida approved, Whole30, AIP
Here's the recipe:
1 head of Cauliflower
1 white sweet potato (omit if keto and candida or replace with 2 parsnips)
1 tsp salt
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup bone broth
1 bag frozen peas (replace with broccoli if AIP)
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbls beef tallow ( <-- A must! it gives it a more unique flavor)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In your instant pot add the cauliflower, sweet potato, salt, and garlic clove with 1/2 cup bone broth. Set on manual for 5 mins. Or you can boil/steam it. Once it's done mash altogether.
In a skillet sauté the beef, onion, 3 cloves of garlic, with beef tallow. Cook for 5-8 mins and add in everything else. Sauté until almost cooked.
In a large baking dish scoop out the beef saute and shmear the cauli mash over top.
Bake for 20 mins until browned on top.
Top with green onions and enjoy!
TIP: If you are batch cooking you don't have to do the baking part. Scoop a portion of the meat into a individual container and some mash on top of each container.
