Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Paleo, GF, DF, Grain free, can be made AIP


The perfect fall drink right in your own home. Made healthy, with whole food ingredients, no fake sugars, and gives you ALL the fall feels.


Here's the recipe!


In an 8 oz mason jar:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • fill the jar half way up with coconut milk

  • 2 scoops of collagen

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (includes: cinnamon, ginger, lemon peel, nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom)

  • - if you are AIP add in a mix of cinnamon, ginger, and cloves)

  • 2 Tbls maple syrup

Directions: Place all ingredients into an 8 oz mason jar, put the lid on and shake until fully mixed. Make your coffee. In a milk frother, (I use a nespresso) froth about 1/4 cup of coconut milk with 2 Tbls of the pumpkin spice mix and froth. add your coffee to your mug and then your milk mix.

Don't have a milk frother? That's alright add the mix to your coffee and stir.
