Here's the recipe:
1 Tbls beef tallow
1 grass-fed boneless shoulder or rump roast
5 carrots
2 white sweet potatoes or yukon potatoes
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbls large grain salt
1 sprig fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 sprig fresh oregano
1/4 cup bone broth
Directions:
Put everything into the instant pot and set to "meat" for 45 minutes. Allow to naturally release when done. remove the roast and slice into serving size, don't be surprised if it doesn't shred easily. take the sprigs and remove the leaves into the meal, gently stir so you don't break up the veggies too much. Add the meat back in and serve.
