Blueberry & Dill Chicken Salad

A VERY unique take on chicken salad that will never have you looking back to your basic recipe!

Here's the recipe!

1/2 a rotisserie chicken (or 3 cooked chicken thighs)

1/3 cup of chopped dill

1 Large handful of Arugula chopped

1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo

1 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

1/4 cup pine nuts (roughly chopped)

1/2 cup blueberries chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Chop up all ingredients up and combine. Add to a sandwich or just scoop it up with some yummy Simple Mills crackers.
