Blueberry Compote

Want something sweet but want to keep out the added sugar? This my friend is possible your new go to for all the things! It's crazy easy to make and tastes like something you would find at a gourmet restaurant.


Here's the recipe:

- 8 oz organic blueberries

- juice of 1 lemon

- pinch of Himalayan pink salt


Directions:

In a pot add all the ingredients and allow to boiled down, stir occasionally. This takes between 5-10 mins. Pour over a stack of pancakes, spread on your favorite biscuit, even over a juicy pork tenderloin for a different flavor! This makes about 4 servings and lasts in the fridge 1 week.
